CMLE is one of seven Minnesota multi-county, multitype library systems created in 1997 through Minnesota Statutes 134.351-134.353, with primary funding from the Minnesota State Library Services’, Department of Education.
CMLE members are academic, public, school and special libraries in Aitkin, Benton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Pine, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd and Wright Counties.
CMLE partners with our members to help them provide quality service to the communities they serve, using research, advocacy, education and network building.
