With the start of school comes stress and anxious students, but that stress isn’t limited to just students. Teachers, and all school staff, can be affected too. MPR’s Cathy Wurzer recently spoke with assistant scientist Lisa Flook of The University of Wisconsin’s Center for Investigating Healthy Minds. They discussed a study of mindfulness and meditation as tools for teachers to keep their stress in check.
